travee+ exists because the hardest part of selling a trip is not planning it. It is turning what you planned into a priced, branded document before the client asks somebody else. We built the tool; the trips, the rates and the client are yours.
travee+ is a platform travel agencies run their own business on. You load your own packages, your own contracted hotels and vehicles, and your own margins. The software does the part that used to be a folder of last year's Word files: costing a trip night by night, and printing it under your name.
It is not a marketplace and not a tour operator. We sell no trips, take no cut of your bookings, and your travellers are your customers — never ours.
A trip is priced from the stops it actually visits, on the nights the party is actually there. Change a night and the stay, the vehicle and the per-person price all move with it. Supplier cost stays underneath, where the client never sees it; your markup goes on top.
Where the software cannot know something, it says so rather than guessing. A package sold in a currency the catalogue is not priced in gets no invented figure — it keeps its own price until that desk's rates are loaded. A number that is not the price is worse than no number.
An agency's work is walled off from every other agency's. Where a business runs more than one desk, each has its own administrator, its own catalogue and its own team, and one desk cannot see another's accounts or rates.
